As a child, I moved every 2 - 3 years, as my Father was a U.S. Army Officer. We finally settled in Charlotte, NC. I always had an affinity for technology. This lead me to attend North Carolina A&T State University and major in Computer Science. I spent 15 years in enterprise banking technology before moving into Cyber Security in the Tech Industry.

Now as a resident of the Pacific Northwest, I am embracing my new home and community. My journey continues here. I invite you to join me as I discover new passions and develop future goals. I welcome a healthy exchange of ideas and perspectives.

Education: I come from a strong lineage of educators. This is a passion that has not skipped over me. I enjoy getting involved in and creating STEM Education opportunities for underrepresented youth.

Technology: I started my career as a developer, but I have quickly adopted Cyber Security and Privacy as my major passions. I specifically have interests in metrics and analytics as a factor of Risk Quantification.

Community Building: I have always been a "people connector". In early adulthood, my house was usually the "gathering spot". Since being married, my wife and I have been known as the go to social couple in our circles. We have intentionally expanded upon this to create a sense of community for those that we encounter in our new home of Seattle. Check us out at Sync Seattle.

Service: I have been a mentor in the community my entire adult life. I grew up with a strong support system and believe in being an asset to those in my community who need support and resources.
